Can I order a custom-framed photo online?

Yes. Choose the required size from our Custom Framed Photo Print product, complete your Shopify order, then send your photograph by WhatsApp to 1-876-783-8158 with your Shopify order number. We confirm orientation, matboard presentation and image suitability before production.

Do you custom frame items other than photographs?

Yes. Artwork, certificates and documents, memorabilia, shadow-box items, mirrors and other specialist pieces can be assessed for custom framing.

How are variable-price custom-framing projects quoted?

Use Request a Quote and provide the item type, approximate dimensions, quantity, deadline and any delivery or installation requirements. Material-dependent custom framing is priced after the relevant specifications are known.

Can Beacher Frames work with our school's existing photographer?

Yes. Schools do not need to replace a trusted photographer to work with Beacher Frames. We can support the existing photographer with custom framing, parent keepsakes, private ordering, school displays, ID cards, yearbook production and fulfilment, while providing photography only where the school needs additional coverage.

How does parent school-photo ordering work?

School programmes use event-specific ordering arrangements. Parents receive a private event link, access code or other approved route rather than an open public gallery of children. Available digital, print and custom-framed keepsakes are defined for the relevant school or event.

Can I get digital school photographs?

Where included in the school programme, digital, print, designed achievement and custom-framed options may be offered. Available products and campaign pricing are confirmed for the specific school or event.

How should I send a memorial photograph?

Use the clearest, highest-resolution image available. Time-sensitive memorial custom framing should be discussed directly with Beacher Frames so image suitability, size and deadline can be confirmed before production.

Do you offer delivery or installation?

Pickup, delivery and professional installation can be arranged where applicable. Delivery and installation charges depend on location, size, handling requirements and project scope.
