RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Beacher Frames creates personalized, made-to-order products. Please review all names, dates, spelling, photographs, sizes, frame selections and other order details carefully before approving your order.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Custom frames, printed photographs, memorial products, school products, collages and other personalized items cannot normally be returned or cancelled after production has begun because they are made specifically for the customer.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will confirm whether production has started and whether the requested change is possible.

DESIGN APPROVALS

Where a digital proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the design. Beacher Frames will correct production errors made by us. Changes resulting from information or images approved by the customer may require an additional charge.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital photographs and downloadable products are not refundable after delivery, except where the wrong file was supplied, the file is defective, or another remedy is required by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after receipt. If it arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours where reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item and packaging, and any relevant delivery information.

After reviewing the claim, Beacher Frames may repair, reproduce or replace the item, or provide another appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

Minor differences in colour may occur between screens and printed photographs and are not normally considered defects.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are not normally refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or a refund of those charges is otherwise required by law. Do not return an item without first contacting us for instructions.
