SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA

Beacher Frames currently offers delivery within Jamaica. International shipping is not available through online checkout at this time. Customers seeking international delivery should contact us for an individual quotation before ordering.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most Beacher Frames products are personalized and made to order. Production time varies according to the product, customization requirements, image quality and customer approval. Any production estimate provided with the product or order is separate from delivery time.

ISLANDWIDE DELIVERY

Islandwide delivery costs J$1,700 unless another amount is shown at checkout. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public emergencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

LARGE OR FRAGILE ORDERS

Large, oversized or especially fragile frames may require special delivery arrangements. If the checkout delivery method is unsuitable, we will contact the customer before dispatch. If suitable arrangements cannot be agreed, the customer may cancel the affected item for a refund.

STORE PICKUP

Free store pickup is available. Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before visiting the pickup location. Identification or the Shopify order number may be requested.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, telephone number and email address. Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect. Address changes might not be possible after dispatch.

DAMAGED, LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Inspect the order promptly upon receipt. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours where reasonably possible and provide the order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and relevant delivery information.

Beacher Frames will assist with reasonable courier claims and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
